Heavy Beef Ribs - Yeah!

Last night’s dinner was such fun to cook and to eat. Heavy beef ribs, slow smoked all day took up the entire plate.  10″ long & so full of flavor.  Now the dry rub made for some heavy tugging & chewing, but my goodness, it was a cowboys dream.   A very fine new son-in-law’s Dad had given me some North Carolina BBQ sauce to try.  It as my first time & I liked it, regardless of having growup on Texas style.
